For church leaders

Your building is empty Monday to Friday. Let us fill it with children.

A full-day Christian preschool in your classrooms. We run it, staff it and insure it, and pay your church a share of every dollar. It costs the church nothing.

Six small children on a round rug, turned toward a teacher on a low stool holding a large open picture book showing an ark and pairs of animals; one child leans forward, one has a hand half-raised

What your church gets

A weekday ministry, and income that grows.

Income, every month.

Five to eight percent of every dollar we take in, paid monthly and written into the lease.

Your rooms stay yours on Sunday.

Everything packs into a closet on Friday. Nothing built, painted or bolted down.

Young families, every weekday.

Thirty to fifty families through your doors each morning, many with no church home.

How it works

Four steps to a lease.

  1. Two minutes on the form below.
  2. A call within two business days, or an honest no.
  3. Thirty minutes walking your rooms.
  4. A lease your board can read in one sitting.

What we look for

What a building needs.

We don't renovate, and under about thirty children it doesn't pay. If yours doesn't fit, we'll say so on the first call.

  • Two to four classrooms, or a hall we can divide, free Monday to Friday.
  • A toilet and sink for every fifteen children, and one adult restroom.
  • A corner of the lawn or lot we can fence for play.
  • Ground-floor rooms with a door outside, or sprinklers.

Already run a preschool? We can take it over and run it full day, all year.

In your rooms

What happens there on a weekday.

Bible stories morning and afternoon, a prayer before lunch, letters and numbers in small groups, and outside twice a day.

Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them.

Matthew 19:14

Six small children and a teacher at a low lunch table, heads bowed and hands folded, one child peeking sideways at the teacher with a huge smile

For your board

The questions your board will ask.

Answered, so you can hand them across the table.

What does it cost the church?

Nothing. We clean nightly, repair anything we damage, and cover our own utilities and upkeep out of the share we pay you.

Are we liable if a child is hurt?

No. The preschool is its own company, with a million dollars of liability cover and separate abuse coverage. Your church is named on our policy.

Who is with the children?

Seven to eleven staff, led by a credentialed director. Every adult is fingerprinted and background-checked first, and cameras cover every room and the yard.

Do we have to agree on doctrine?

No. We teach the Bible every day, not a denomination, and keep politics out of the room. We never ask a teacher where they worship.

What about property tax?

Renting to a business makes that space taxable, and Maryland's day care credit covers most of it. You file the credit, we pay the rest.

What if it doesn't work out?

The rooms go back as we found them. Nothing was built, so there's nothing to undo. The lease sets the notice on both sides.

Do our families get first call?

Yes. Church families go to the front of the list for as long as we're in your building.

Small round heads in the ceiling. Not sure is a fine answer.
