What we keep, and what we do with it
Short version: we keep what you type into our form so we can write to you. We never sell or share it. One word from you deletes it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, email, phone if you give it, and, depending on why you wrote, your children's ages in years, when you need care, your zip code, what you use now, what matters most to you, your church, or the job you want.
Church leaders who use the form on our page for churches also tell us about their building: how many rooms are free on weekdays, what happens in them now, the outdoor space, sprinklers, where their leadership stands, and anything they choose to say about their church.
We never ask for a child's name or date of birth. Ages in whole years is as specific as it gets. Nothing we store identifies a child.
What the website itself records
We count visits with a tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you, which is why this website has no cookie banner. To stop one machine from flooding the form, we store a scrambled fingerprint of the network address a submission came from, and delete it within the hour. The address itself is never written down.
What we do with it
We write to you: at most once a month while we get ready, and on the day we're licensed. If you wrote as a church leader or about a job, we reply personally. That's all. We don't sell, rent, trade or hand it to anyone.
Who else can see it
Two companies, both only because they carry the message: Cloudflare, which serves this website and stores the list, and the service that delivers our email. Nobody else. Inside So Loved Academy Holdings LLC, the list is behind a login limited to named people.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or it stops being useful, whichever comes first. If we never open, we delete the list rather than pass it on.
Getting off the list
Reply "stop" to any email, or write to us, and you're off. We don't ask why, and we don't send one last email to check.
Children using this website
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
If this page changes
We'll change it here, not quietly. If a change affects what you've already given us, we'll email you first.
