What we keep, and what we do with it
Short version: we keep what you type into our form so we can write to you, we never sell or share it, and one word from you deletes it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this website: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and — depending on why you wrote — your children's ages in years, the month you would need care, your zip code, what you use now, what matters most to you, your church, or the sort of job you are after.
We never ask for a child's name or date of birth. Ages in whole years is as specific as it gets, and that is on purpose. Nothing we store identifies a child.
What the website itself records
We count visits with a tool that sets no cookies and builds no profile of you, which is why this website has no cookie banner. To stop one machine from flooding the form, we store a scrambled fingerprint of the network address a submission came from, and delete it within the hour. The address itself is never written down.
What we do with it
We write to you. At most once a month while we are getting ready, and on the day we are licensed. If you wrote as a church leader or about a job, we reply to you personally. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone marketing anything.
Who else can see it
Two companies, both only because they carry the message: Cloudflare, which serves this website and stores the list, and the service that delivers our email. Nobody else. Inside So Loved Academy Holdings LLC, the list is behind a login limited to named people.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us not to, or until it stops being of any use — whichever comes first. If we never open, we delete the list rather than pass it on to anyone.
Getting off the list
Reply to any email from us with the word "stop", or write to us, and you are off it. We do not ask why and we do not send a last one to check.
Children using this website
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under thirteen. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
If this page changes
We will change it here rather than quietly. If it ever changes in a way that affects what we do with what you already gave us, we will email you first.
Questions about any of this go to the same place as everything else — the form on the front page. A postal address and a direct email land here as soon as the company's own are set up.
